Several years ago, I found myself in the whirlwind of raising four young children, each just weeks old. The chaos felt intense, motivation was gone, and the external factors around me only seemed to compound the challenges I felt. Yet, amidst the overwhelming reality, I sensed a deeper issue that demanded exploration—a transformative journey that would eventually redefine my approach to high performance and efficient living.
